Bringing some TLC to a small, charming but weather-beaten bungalow, inside and out, including preparing for and installing an amazing double-sided woodburner.

LionPark was tasked with updating and improving this charming bungalow in Trenance, Cornwall.

  • The render was blown and we fixed that with a combination of renewing and weatherboard cladding.
  • We replace all guttering and downpipes.
  • Installed new windows and doors.
  • Installed a new bathroom.
  • Interior designed the bedrooms, ripping out old suites and making good as required.
  • Brought electrics up-to-date.
  • And we knocked through to install an amazing double-sided woodburning stove.
