A renovation project to replace rotten joists & floors and install a new woodburner, bathroom and shower room.
LionPark undertook the partial refurbishment of a characterful Cornish cottage, which included:
- Replacing rotten joists and floor in the bathrooms.
- Replacing rotten, sagging joists and floor in the bedroom.
- Installing new wastepipe and drains.
- Installing new bathroom and shower room.
